Presale, under construction or complete: you set the status and the price, we keep the MLS current.
Your sales office stays in charge
Buyer inquiries are forwarded to you by email; showings run through ShowingTime or your model home hours.
Paperwork handled
The listing agreement and disclosures are generated per home and signed electronically by your authorized signer.
Plans
Every price is paid once, by card, when you choose it. Prices are in US dollars and include the MLS listing for the term shown in the package. Where a package carries a fee at closing, it is paid from the sale proceeds only if the property sells.
Annual plans for builders and investors
One payment for the year, nothing at closing. Credits are good for 12 months and we remind you before they run out. Use your last credit and move up a tier for the difference.
