Who this is for

The same MLS listing an agent would give you. Without the agent's cut.

Whether it is the house you live in, a deal you are wholesaling, a flip you just finished, or a street of new homes, the listing goes in the same place and gets the same buyers. What changes is what you pay and who stays in charge.

Where we list

North Carolina homes, on the MLS systems buyers' agents actually use.

We are not a national website that forwards your listing somewhere. Connect Realty of The Carolinas is licensed here, and your home goes into the local MLS under our broker's name, the same way every other listing in your neighborhood does.

  • Charlotte, Hickory, Boone, Asheville and the counties around them list in Canopy MLS, the same MLS the local agents use.
  • Everywhere else in North Carolina lists in My State MLS, which feeds the same sites buyers search.

How it works

From your address to live on the MLS, in four steps.

Everything happens online and on your phone. In North Carolina the closing attorney handles the money, so you never write us a check: anything owed at closing comes out of the proceeds.

  1. 1

    Type your address

You see the property as the county has it, the MLS it belongs in, and what you would keep. No account yet.

  2. 2

Pick a package and pay once

One flat fee. Investors buy a year of listings; homeowners pay a small share only when the home sells.

  3. 3

Add photos and sign on your phone

The state listing agreement and disclosures are filled in from what you typed. You sign online; so does our broker.

  4. 4

Live on the MLS within 24 to 48 hours

Our team checks the listing and enters it. Buyers see it on Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia and Homes.com within hours.

One listing. One price. Nothing hidden.

$149 paid once to list, plus 0.5% at closing only if your home sells. No listing commission, no monthly fee, nothing else unless you add it.

$149

+ 0.5% at closing, minimum $750

The closing share comes out of the sale proceeds at the attorney's table. If the home does not sell, you owe nothing more.

Questions

What sellers ask before they list.

Is this a real brokerage?

Yes. Connect Realty of The Carolinas is a licensed real estate brokerage (NC firm license C26154), with Sheri Gregory as broker-in-charge. Your listing is entered in the MLS under the brokerage, exactly like a full-commission listing.

Which MLS will my property be in?

The one that covers your county. We list in North Carolina; type your address and the property page names the MLS before you sign up.

What do I pay at closing?

On the MLS Listing, 0.5% of the sale price (minimum $750), paid from the proceeds only if the home sells. Investor plans pay no commission at closing.

Do I have to offer a buyer-agent commission?

No. Buyer-agent compensation, if you choose to offer any, is set by you and paid at closing. Many sellers offer something to attract agents; it is your call.

Who handles showings and offers?

Showing requests come through ShowingTime and buyer inquiries are forwarded to you by email. Offers come to you, with the buyer's agent's details, and you decide what to accept, counter or decline.

How fast will it be live?

Within 24-48 hours of approval and signed documents, on business days.
