Refund policy

Effective 2026-10-01. Applies to purchases made from Connect Realty of The Carolinas through app.goconnectrealty.com.

Listing packages

A listing package is refundable in full if you cancel before your listing has been entered in the MLS. Email info@goconnectrealty.com from the address on your account and say which listing you mean.

Once your listing has been entered in the MLS, the fee has been earned and is not refundable, including if you later withdraw the listing, sell to someone you found yourself, or decide not to sell. The MLS charges us for the entry whether or not the property sells.

Annual plans

An annual plan is paid once for 12 months and is refundable in full within 14 days of purchase if no credit has been used. After that it is not refundable. Unused credits expire 12 months after purchase; we email you 60 days and 14 days before that happens. An upgrade to a higher tier is not refundable once paid.

Add-ons

An add-on such as a yard sign, rush entry, listing extension, professional photos or contract-to-close support is refundable until we start work on it or, for physical items, until it ships. After that it is not refundable.

Charges to a card on file

If you were referred by a partner company and keep a card on file with us, the only charges are the ones you authorised at sign-up: an MLS fine or penalty caused by your listing, passed on at cost, or a brokerage fee stated in your listing agreement that was not paid at closing. You receive an email for every charge, and any charge made in error is refunded in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Card processing fees are not deducted from your refund.
